Ben Driggs

Chief Commercial and Strategy Officer

Honeywell Aerospace

Ben Driggs was named Chief Commercial and Strategy Officer for Honeywell Aerospace in October of 2023. Ben, who has been with Honeywell since 2004, is responsible for leading Aerospace’s strategy, Mergers and Acquisitions, Venture Investments, Strategic Partnerships and oversees all commercial activities including Sales Operations and Excellence, Pricing, Offering Management, Marketing, and Product Innovation.

Before his most recent role, Ben served as the President High Growth Regions for Honeywell, where he was responsible for leading Honeywell’s business in emerging markets (Middle East, China, India, Southeast Asia, Central and Eastern Europe, and Latin America) across all divisions. The High Growth Regions represent ~25% of Honeywell’s business ($9 B in revenue)and contributed over 40% of Honeywell’s growth. In this role, Ben focused on new growth vectors, including Industrial and Building Digitalization, Sustainability (e.g. Sustainable Aviation Fuel, Carbon Capture, and Energy Optimization Programs), Mining, and International Defense.

Prior to that role, Ben has served in a variety of leadership positions with Honeywell including President, Americas Aerospace, President Aerospace Services and Connectivity, President Honeywell Latin America based in Sao Paulo, Brazil; Vice President, Aerospace Asia Pacific based in Shanghai, China; and Vice President of Propulsion Engines.

Before joining Honeywell, Ben was an Associate Principal with the consulting firm McKinsey and Company in Los Angeles, California.

Ben holds a master’s degree from Oxford University in England, where he was a Swanson Scholar, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Arizona, where he was also Student Body President and a Flinn Scholar.

Ben was awarded the Spirit of Inquiry Award by the University of Arizona in 2014 and Alumnus of the Year for the University of Arizona Honors College in 2025.

Ben is an Arizona native and resides in Phoenix. He has two sons and enjoys hiking and travel.
