Dean Duncan

As Managing Director of Partnership for Economic Innovation (PEI), Dean Duncan leads a three-initiative organization dedicated to accelerating technology company development. The three initiatives are Pipeline AZ, a workforce development platform, the Connective, a smart city initiative, and two Applied Research Centers focused on wearable technology and block chain technology.

Prior to joining PEI, Dean was at SRP for over 28 years, where he served in the areas of strategy and finance. As Senior Director of Strategy, Dean lead an exceptional team of professionals responsible for managing SRP’s strategy, archives, and economic development. Prior, Dean led a team of exceptional professionals as SRP’s Corporate Treasurer. He has also held roles in Financial Planning, Pricing, sales, and training at SRP and within the computer industry.

Dean holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Grand Canyon University and an MBA from Arizona State University. Dean is the proud father of three adult children. He is involved in community work in Haiti and has many interests including technology, music, travel, the arts, and sports. He is currently learning Spanish (pero muy lentamente!).
