Ian Topic

Ian Topic serves as Vice President of U.S. Operations Manufacturing at Dexcom, where he leads Development Manufacturing in San Diego, CA and US Commercial Manufacturing of advanced continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) systems in Mesa, Arizona. With a degree in Biomedical Engineering, Ian began his career designing and manufacturing vascular medical devices, later expanding into endovascular and vascular product development across research, operations, and supply chain. He earned an MBA degree from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business and has driven innovation, quality, and efficiency in manufacturing over his more than seven years at Dexcom. As an executive leader, Ian is passionate about advancing medical technology and optimizing processes to enhance the care of people with diabetes.
